Asian grocery stores and supermarkets stock ingredients, snacks and household goods that general American supermarkets often do not carry, organized by category rather than by country of origin in most stores. Produce and live or fresh seafood sections are usually at the back or side of the store, and weekend mornings bring the largest crowds and freshest restock. Many larger Asian supermarkets include a hot deli or food court counter selling prepared meals by the pound or as fixed plates, useful for a quick lunch while shopping. Labels are frequently bilingual or untranslated, so store staff can usually help locate a specific ingredient if you ask. Cash, cards and mobile pay are all commonly accepted at larger chains; smaller specialty shops may be cash-preferred.

Hours are published for 7 days a week. On most of those days it is open 7 am–7 pm. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. You can reach Gordon Restaurant Market at (346) 672-4657; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions. More information is available on its website, gfsstore.com.

Its Google rating is 4.2 out of 5 from 43 reviews, a solid but mixed picture; reading the most recent reviews will tell you what to expect.

Spring is in Texas, in the South, where summers are hot and humid, winters are short, and severe storms in spring are a fact of life; businesses run air conditioning most of the year and many open early to beat the heat. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Spring follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I come in about 4-5 times a week for my food truck. It’s a ghost town in this place. There is absolutely never anyone in the front. If I want to pick up an order or just checkout with a cashier I have to literally walk into the back and yell for an employee. If you want to purchase anything here bring an air horn with you so you can get their attention

I have been here many times and it's always very clean. The aisles are huge which is nice if you are getting a lot of bulk items. They have so much variety of pantry, cold, and frozen items. There is always plenty of staff to ask questions to and they are always friendly. I usually go there for the large 12" tortillas they have there because they are perfect for burritos. I definitely would recommend this place for anyone needing bulk/restaurant items.

This store is great for any small business and has a lot of cool snacks big popcorn 🍿 11.99 for a 4ft popcorn bag. A lot Mexican candy and snacks fresh squeezed juices made daily and very convenient because it’s local. If you’re looking to make this your local grocery store, I don’t think it’s the place to go grocery shopping they sell more in bulk. However, it does have unique items that you won’t find at your local grocery store. Great place to just check out and find unique things you won’t find at your local grocery store.

The good- nice and clean, some variety. Some good prices on a few items. The freezer section is nice for a large gathering/party. There’s a flavored popcorn stand near the front of the store, didn’t have a sample but looked cute. The price on produce is really nigh along with some staples (a regular sized box of cinnamon Cheerios was $7.99!). When I was checking out, the lady scanned my item and it came up as $25 instead of $17.99. It rang out as a completely different item (I think someone had put a UPC on it). Make sure you’re watching the prices when you check out. I’ll be back just for a couple of items. I’m not sure how this will stay in business with huge markups, other grocery stores seemed like the better value.

I recently visited Gordon Restaurant Market, which ju st opened off Sawdust, conveniently located next to PetCo. It is a fantastic new addition to the area. It caters to those looking for bulk-sized products, similar to Costco, but with a focus on restaurant-quality goods. With its bulk-sized products, pristine store environment, and lovely/attentive staff, it's a great spot for anyone looking for high-quality food items and the popcorn is delicious! I highly recommend checking it out. 😊
